Pakistani: Pakistan students have begun to return to China to complete their studies

Minister Tanville met with a number of senior Pakistani officials to meet the students who were about to depart, and wished these students to return to China to successfully complete their studies. He said in his speech: "It is our national responsibility to help young people pursue knowledge."

The minister mentioned that Pakistani students have encountered difficulties in the past two years because of the new crown pneumonia, and have contacted the Pakistan Higher Education Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Ministry of Education. He said that under the leadership of the Federal Ministry of Education, under the coordination with the relevant Chinese departments, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and Pakistan Civil Aviation Administration, the return of these international students to the school was resolved.

He also praised Pakistan International Airlines to arrange a flight for the students despite the busy business at this time. Tanville said that 105 international students are returning to China, and the remaining international students can soon fly to China.

Tanville mentioned that in order to solve the problems facing students, all relevant departments including the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan, the Pakistan Higher Education Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Ministry of Education have previously negotiated many times.

He also said that he hoped that students would land safely at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, continue to complete their studies, and wish students all going smoothly in the future.
