According to the Japanese Meteorological Observatory, at 11 o'clock on the 19th local time, "Nanda Metropolis" moved north to the north near Shimonatsu, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The nearby Yamaguchi County and Hiroshima County appeared in strong winds and heavy rainfall. The rainfall within 1 hour of more than 30 mm; the Shuikawa in Hiroshima County quickly rose to the dangerous water level.

In Miyazaki Prefecture, the Japan Meteorological Agency has lifted the highest alert "heavy rain special alert" released before, but it said that there will still be continuous rainstorms in the local area and may cause secondary disasters such as landslides.

The severe weather brought by the typhoon also caused many buildings in many places and the road was immersed in water. In addition, according to statistics from the Japanese Broadcasting Association's TV station, as of the morning of the 19th, the impact of typhoons caused hundreds of thousands of households in Japan to power off, and users' mobile phone communication was blocked in multiple places in Kyushu.
