As one of the most difficult to overcome dog meat in Asia, Vietnam has always received everyone's attention. According to a documentary shot by the 2014 World Freedy Alliance, Vietnam's population ratio is as high as 80%, and about 5 million dogs are eaten each year. And this bad diet has made tourists and local quality people increasingly difficult to accept, and they believe that this seriously affects Vietnam's national image.

In March 2018, the People's Committee of the Hanoi Municipal Capital of Vietnam called on residents to stop eating cats and dogs. The director of the Animal Health Bureau of Hanoi said: "We are developing a plan to enable the dog meat market into history. It is expected to fully close all dog restaurants and transactions in 2021." As of today, this plan has not achieved the expected results.

The World Dog Alliance believes that Vietnam should learn from the "elder brother in China". Instead of hesitation to explore time, it is better to "copy homework" directly.

On March 31, 2020, the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was completely prohibited from the Regulations on the Wildlife of Wild Animals" passed, and it was explicitly prohibited from edible dogs and cats; on the same day, the "Zhuhai Special Economic Zone forbidden to eat wildlife regulations" was passed. On May 27, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs removed the dogs from the "National livestock and poultry genetic resource catalog" and specialized into partner animals for managing. At this point, two cities in China have achieved "clearly legislative fasting dogs and cats."

In addition, Shenzhen and Zhuhai have implemented the concept of animal friendliness to every detail of urban management. As early as 2019, the first pet -themed park in Shenzhen has been opened and opened, which is welcomed by shoveling officials. Since last year, Zhuhai City has built 7 pet parks in one breath, and three are under planning and construction, all of which are open to the public for free.

In early 2022, affected by the new crown epidemic, dogs and cats seemed to be a life hanging line. Shenzhen once again asked everyone to eat reassured pills. On April 3rd, Shenzhen Pet Concentrated Custody Center was formally completed and put into trial operation. As the first pet custody center to solve the problem of pet custody and risk management and control of new coronary pneumonia, it is called the "pet square cabin" by the outside world.
