Logvirv: Security issues have always been the primary direction of the SCO. In fact, the initial establishment of Shanghe originated from Afghanistan, in order to deal with the threat from Afghanistan.

Since the establishment of 21 years, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has achieved remarkable work in counter -terrorism. There are more and more challenges and threats we face today, and SCO member states are also proposing a new plan to cope with non -traditional security threats.

As for whether SCO will produce the attributes of NATO -like militaryization, I think this does not exist. In the "Charter of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization" or various legal documents, there is actually no factors that turn an organization into a military alliance. The SCO does have a military cooperation mechanism. For example, a member state defense minister meeting was recently held, and various military exercises were regularly held. But even these large -scale military exercises are carried out for the purpose of counter -terrorism. Any military exercise in the upper frame did not show military aggression.

On March 18 this year, when the State Councilor and Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi met with Secretary -General Zhang Ming of the SCO, he expressed his view on how China thinks of the SCO organization. He said that in the face of the many influences of the Ukraine crisis, the SCO should play a more positive role in maintaining areas and even global security and stability. Resolutely oppose regaining the Cold War thinking, the opposition to the manufacturing camp, and resolutely oppose illegal unilateral sanctions.

When Secretary -General Zhang Ming visited various member states, all member states expressed their great importance to cooperation in the upper framework.
