Russian officials: The United States provides intelligence to Ukraine to assist in the shelling of Zapolo Nuclear Power Station

According to Russian satellite news agency reports on the 12th, the Secretary of the Russian Federal Security Conference, Nicholas Patrusev, said the United States provided intelligence to Ukraine to assist them in the Zapolo Nuclear Power Station.

Patrusev said: "Ukrainian nationalists use the key facilities of the Poli nuclear power plant provided by NATO countries, and the target indication is performed by the United States, which poses a serious threat to radiation security."

He also pointed out that the results of such provocative operations may lead to a more serious nuclear disaster than Cachel Nobel and Fukushima nuclear accidents.

Tas Society quoted Zapolo's local administrative agency on the 11th that the local administrative institution reported that the last power unit of the Zaparo Nuclear Power Station stopped operating at 3:45 on the same day. The crew was suspended in a controllable manner and was switched to the "cold stop" state. It may be restarted in the future.

Later that day, Ukraine media reported that the international atomic agency announced on the official social media that the spare power line of the Zaparo Nuclear Power Station has been restored. This line provides the external power required for reactor cooling and other security functions for the nuclear power plant.
