Russia announced: delay

On September 7, local time, the Tas Society quoted the Russian National Aerospace Council reported that the Russian "Moon-25" detector will be postponed from July to August 2023.

The spacecraft was originally planned to be launched in 2022. The reason for the postponed launch was that the speed and the flight distance measuring meter on the spacecraft did not meet the technical requirements of the moon exploration mission.
