"The" Belt and Road "Construction Maritime Cooperation Acceptance" proposed for the first time to build three blue economic channels, one of which was "entering the Pacific Ocean to the south through the South China Sea, and building China -Da Ocean Castle -South Pacific Blue Economic Channel". After the Blue Economic Channel initiative was proposed, the academic community followed up quickly, and the relevant research results continued. The book "China -Oceania -South Pacific Blue Economic Channel Construction Research" published by Liang Jiarui and published in April 2022 is one of them.

The author believes that the Blue Economic Channel is by no means a maritime route, energy transportation route or strategic islands in the general sense, and is not exactly the same as the maritime strategic channel, but a maritime cooperation platform based on human fate; Economics, geography, and culture, etc., are committed to sustainable use of marine resources to achieve sustainable development of all human beings; it focuses on the development of small islands and the least developed countries.

The author's investigation and understanding of this concept is mainly based on the following three points: First, the ocean is a large cooperative platform. The big ocean can not only accommodate large or powerful powers, but also to accommodate small islands developing countries and the most developed countries; the ocean is a space for freedom and openness, not the so -called inside sea or the backyard of the so -called containing sea or some countries; It is a place where peace and security, not the field of rampantness, showing off force, and declaration of hegemony in some countries; the ocean has natural laws and international law, and does not apply to the domestic law of certain hegemonic countries or the "gang rules" of small groups. Second, emphasize the composite meaning of the blue economic channel. When talking about marine channels, people will unconsciously linked it with geographical strategies or illegal and criminal activities such as gaming, pirate rampant, illegal immigration, drug smuggling, etc., and emphasize too much emphasis on politics, security, and economic levels. meaning. The ocean under the blue economic channel is not only a commodity transportation channel, economic development channel, but also a channel for cultural exchange channels and spreading friendship. Third, the countries and the most developed countries in the development of small islands are placed in an important position. In international relations or international politics, or in the globalization process or the global industrial chain and value chain, the countries and the most underdeveloped countries are on the edge or end. In the context of Western racism and the strong context of hegemony, this situation is difficult to change. In the construction of the blue economic channel, the countries and the most underdeveloped countries should have a certain right to speak. By constructing the blue economic channel and using the blue economic channel, these countries can actively participate in and share development opportunities.

If the blue economic channel is divided into the field of regional countries or regional countries, I believe that many problems that cannot be solved by a single discipline can be solved. In view of such cognition and judgment, the study of blue economic channels has multi -disciplinary or interdisciplinary attributes. One of the manifestations of multi -disciplinary or interdisciplinary research is its awareness and cutting -edge consciousness, and the attention of the practical significance of the research object. This is a significant reflection in the book.

In the context of the endless layers of public health and safety security threats such as new coronary pneumonia, the increasingly depleted land resources, and the deterioration of marine environment, many scholars have begun to think about the imbalance of ecosystems and human destiny. The place where human beings live are covered by large waters. Because of this, the waters ecosystem has always been regarded as infinite resources, and even waste warehouses. This is obviously an error cognition. Compared with land development, the ocean development is late and the potential is huge, but this cannot be a term that humans ignore the protection of the ocean and marine comprehensive governance. Letting the ocean solve the problem of land on land has become a way to hide the sea in some countries. This shows that human beings have not comprehensive cognition of the ocean, let alone deeply. The international community will face increasingly severe challenges in marine ecological environmental protection.

The Blue Economic Channel closely linked the fate of countries around the world, "taking the road of green development, creating the road to prosperity of the sea, building a road of security and guarantee, building a road of smart innovation, and seeking the road of cooperation and governance together "". The specific connotation and practical significance of the concepts of "walking together", "co -creation", "co -construction", "co -construction", and "co -conspiracy" have been performed in detailed interpretation and demonstration in the book. Building a blue economic channel is a complex system project, which not only involves China and Oceania, but also involves other countries or other regions; not only involves ethnic and international organizations; The long -term interests of countries or enterprises also involve their short -term interests; not only involve environmental factors, but also non -environmental factors. This is not difficult to understand the "Blue Pacific Continent 2050 Strategy" for this statement: Pacific leaders realize that the construction of a powerful and tough Pacific requires a thorough plan. It must ensure the integrity of society, culture, environment, and economy. We gathered together to formulate a 2050 -year strategy, and we will work together to achieve a blue Pacific continent.
