In a discussion with members of the European Parliament, Berrely urged the European Union countries to supplement its domestic arsenal, and said that the best way was to "supplement them together" because it would be "cheaper". He also believes that the European Union should have trained the Ukraine army a year ago, and some member states were calling for this. He also claimed that if this did this, "our situation will be better."
Last week, at an informal meeting of the EU National Defense Minister held in Prague, the defense ministers discussed the Ukrainian military training tasks at the EU level, as well as better concentration of military equipment and resources.
In July this year, the European Union stated that the military aid funds for Ukraine would add 500 million euros.
It is reported that since the outbreak of the Russian -Ukraine conflict, the European Union has provided Ukraine with a total of about 2.5 billion euros of weapon financing under the "European Peace Fund" (EPF) mechanism. Weapons assistance, some of them come from the weapons of various countries.
Before Berry issued a warning of the EU countries' weapons reserves seriously "exhausted", some European countries also issued similar statements. Last week, German Defense Minister Lang Brecht said that Berlin "is reaching the limit we can provide in the German Federal Defense Army weapon library.
Earlier, data from the Institute of Economics, Germany showed that the six "largest countries" in Europe -Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Poland did not make any new bilateral military assistance to Ukraine in the whole month of July This is the first time that this is the first time since the outbreak of the Russian and Ukraine conflict.
