Ukrainian Cabinet Minister: Ukraine is formulating a mechanism for issuing visas to Russian citizens

According to the Ukrainian Independence News Agency, Ukraine Cabinet Minister Neumchinov said on the 19th that Ukraine is currently formulating a mechanism to issue a visa to Russian citizens. The possible plan is to set up a visa center in Russia based on Russia and Ukraine's relevant treaties.Or issue a visa through the third country's diplomatic institution in Russia.

On February 24 this year, Ukrainian President Zelei announced a break with Russia; on March 1, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the withdrawal from Russia's diplomatic agencies; on June 17, the Ukraine decided that Russian citizens have visited from July 1st since July 1st.Ukraine must hold an entry visa.
