This bell tower was built in the 16th century and is located in a village named Gao -Wei En Haim. It was originally a corner building of the fortifications. After the 18th century, it was converted into a bell tower.

According to reports, the tilt of the bell tower has not been accurately measured before. This year, more than 600 villagers have made up the cost, declared the Guinness World Record, and successfully included the title of the "Crown of the Tower".
