The Scouts are a teenager organization in the world. The founder was in the early 20th century, and the founder was General Bendenburg, a British soldier. When Bendenburg was in service in South Africa, due to the needs of the situation, it was very effective to train local children to serve as assistants and let them serve as sending letters and alerts. After returning to Britain, Bendenburg found that the British teenagers were decadent and negative, and they were very worried.

So in 1907, Bendenburg convened 20 teenage children on an island to teach them to cook, reconnaissance, tracking, forest skills, natural research and other skills every day to live a camping life happily. This trial was loved by young people, and it opened the prelude to the Gourge Army Movement around the world. In fact, in a widespread sense, the youth pioneer team is also a form of scouts.
