Russian representatives urged the United States to return to the stealing money back

On August 29th local time, at the UN Security Council Afghanistan public meeting, Russia's permanent representative of the United Nations Nir -Bian Jiali rebuked the US representatives to have no regrets, but instead of "shaking the pot" in other countries. Nirvana urged the United States to take responsibility and "return the money stolen from Afghan people back."
