The international community should strengthen contact with the temporary government of Afghanistan with a rational and pragmatic attitude.

Zhang Jun said that the current humanitarian situation in Afghanistan is very severe, including women and girls, and the survival and development situation of millions of people is worrying. While claiming the right to care about women and girls in Afghanistan, it has greatly reduced humanitarian and development assistance to Afghanistan.
