Reuters quoted the Tas Society reported that an official of Russia in eastern Ukraine stated on Monday that the international atomic energy agency is about to inspect the Zapolo nuclear power plant, and the authorities will ensure safety.

After the Russian -Ukraine conflict, the facility has been occupied by the Russian army, but it is still managed by Ukraine staff and connected to the Power grid of Ukraine.
