In his speech, Wugic said, "At this moment, in my drawer and the drawer of the Foreign Minister, there are 7 documents that confirm the cancellation of Cosovo." He went on to say that Kosovo specifically sought a recognition of Africa and some countries in Asia in Asia. And added that Serbia is also "doing work" to these countries.
Wugci pointed out that in the face of the Kosovo authorities, "constantly" tried to obtain foreign recognition that Serbia's diplomat "did not sit at the same time", "now, the number of countries that have been recognized has increased from 4 to 7."
Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Selakovic said in May that four countries have withdrawn acknowledged to Kosovo, but there is no specific explanation. He said at the time that it would be announced if necessary.
RT mentioned that Wugci issued the above remarks when the Serbia and Kosovo authorities reached a "freedom of action": Serbia agreed to cancel the restrictions on the entry and exit documents of the Cosavor's ID card holder, and the Kosovo region also agreed to the Serbia ID card The holder does not need to apply for temporary documents when entering and exit. Wugic emphasized that taking this measure is entirely "for pragmatic reasons", Serbia's agreement with Cosovo on the ID card does not mean that the "independence" announced by the latter unilaterally announced.
The report pointed out that the agreement was reached under the mediation of the EU. Previously, the Kosovo authorities required anyone who issued the identity documents issued by the Serbian government to enter the country. The Serbian license plate residents registered and replaced the license plates issued by the Kosovo authorities within two months. The tension between Serbia and Kosovo lasted for several weeks. However, other issues that lead to tight relations between the two parties, including license plates, have not been resolved.
Kosovo is the autonomous province of the Republic of Serbia of the South China. After the June 1999 Kosovo war, it was custody by the United Nations. In February 2008, Kosovo unilaterally announced "independence", but Serbia always insisted on its sovereignty over Kosovo. RT pointed out that less than half of the United Nations member states acknowledged Kosovo's "independence." In the European Union, not all member states acknowledged that Greece, Romania, Slovakia and Spain have not recognized.
RT mentioned that Serbia had previously stated that it has successfully convinced 18 countries to cancel the recognition of Kosovo, mainly some countries located in the Caribbean, Africa and Asia -Pacific regions. But the Kosovo authorities believed at the time that this was only a "publicity" in Serbia. (Edit: HHJ)
