According to news from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, experts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defense, and the Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defense, and the Intelligence Department of the Foreign Affairs of Turkey attended the meeting. Participants discussed the specific steps of implementing the memo signed by the three parties this year, and unanimously agreed that the three -party conjunction mechanism continued to hold an expert meeting this fall.

At the NATO summit held in the Spanish capital Madrid in June this year, Turkey, Finland and Sweden signed a memorandum to confirm that Turkey agreed to support Finland and Sweden to join NATO. Earthquake security concerns are also reflected in the memo, that is, Finland and Sweden will not support the Kurdish workers' party, the Kurdish armed forces "People's Protection Force" and "Julun Movement". Finland and Sweden agreed to lift the restrictions on exporting national defense equipment to Turkey. In addition, the Three Kingdoms agreed to establish a permanent joint mechanism to follow up and implement the memorandum and strengthen cooperation in the areas of common security.

Finland and Sweden originally pursued the policies of military non -alliance, but officially applied to join NATO in May this year. On July 5, representatives of about 30 member states in NATO signed a linked letter to join the treaty in Finland and Sweden, and officially launched the NATO expansion process. According to the regulations, after the 30 member states in NATO signed the Fentry to join the contract, the next step is the approved letter of the parliament of all member states.
