According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Convention of the 29th and the 105th Convention is two of the 10 core conventions of the International Labor Organization. It is the most important international legal document to eliminate the field of forced labor.

In April this year, the 34th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress decided to approve the above two conventions.The Chinese government has always opposed forced labor and approved the two conventions independently, once again showing that the Chinese government protects the rights and interests of workers, oppose and combat forced labor.
