With the increasingly closer to the center of the world stage, China's international discourse rights construction has made great progress, especially reflected in the great improvement of topic setting, discourse communication, plan contribution, and system creation. Faced with the great changes in the world for a century, the construction of China's international discourse rights faces greater challenges and takes more important tasks. China's international discourse construction goals are concentrated on the three levels of discourse spread, national identity and diplomatic practice. At the level of discourse communication, only by constructing a strategic communication system with Chinese characteristics, rationalizing the external communication mechanism, and establishing a multi -dimensional external communication pattern can we effectively enhance China's international issues' setting power and dissemination radiation force, ensure that Chinese voices can be spread, hear visible , To be clear. At the national identity level, we need to build a Chinese international discourse system, create a real, three -dimensional, and comprehensive image of China, as well as a credible, cute, and respectable Chinese image, which greatly enhances China's diplomatic concept and the influence of the national image. At the level of diplomatic practice, to promote diplomacy with great powers with Chinese characteristics, promote the establishment of a community of human destiny, and contribute to the Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to global governance, it is the main path to enhance the contribution of international plans and the creation of international systems.

Maintain strategic determination

At present, in the face of challenges such as Western discourse hegemony, cross -cultural differences and values ​​conflict, relatively lagging for the construction of the foreign discourse system, and relatively insufficient international communication capabilities, China needs to maintain its strategic determination with a high degree of strategic self -confidence on the basis of clear strategic goals. At the same time, the overall improvement of discourse communication ability also depends on the innovation and development of China's diplomatic theory and the construction of a strategic communication system.
