French Ambassador to China Luo Liang: Industrial decontamination is a priority issue for Sino -French cooperation

"Coping climate change and industrial decarbon is a priority of cooperation between China and France", French ambassador to China Luo Liang said at the "2022 Ordos Global Zero Carbon Industry Summit" on August 9.

Luo Liang believes that, like the rapid withdrawal of fossil energy, the industrial field will become a key area for ecological transformation. He introduced that France raised 1.2 billion euros for industrial decarbon under the framework of the "revival plan" and was used to create a brand new industrial ecology for innovation in future fields.

"'Ecological Industry' is realized and must be a major part of ecological transformation. This is exactly what you work hard in Ordos."

It is reported that the first phase of the world's first zero -carbon industrial park "Vision Ordos Zero Carbon Industry Park" was put into production in April this year. The industrial park is created based on the three innovative pillars of the "new power system", "zero -carbon digital operating system" and "green new industrial cluster", to cultivate new energy batteries, new energy and equipment, and new energy vehicles. The advantages of green resources have become the advantage of the new energy industry.

The long -view zero -carbon industrial park model is replication and promotion in Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. On July 18, the visual scene signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Spanish government, and the two sides agreed to build the first zero -carbon industrial park in mainland Europe in Spain. In the next ten years, the vision will work with partners to build 100 zero -carbon industrial parks worldwide, which will achieve a carbon of 1 billion tons each year.

Luo Liang welcomed the development of Chinese companies' investment in France, and gave a high evaluation of the power battery super factory built in France. The factory is the first digital and green power battery factory in France. It will realize the annual capacity of 24 GWh in 2030, and has the potential to achieve 40 GWH. "Powerful power", Luo Liang said.

From August 8th to 9th, the "2022 Ordos Global Zero Carbon Industry Summit" co-organized by the People's Government of the Ekinhlo Banner and co-organized by the People's Government of the Ijin Hollo Banner was held.
