North American Air Defense Command: Russian reconnaissance plane entered the Alaska Air Defense Recognition Zone twice within two days

Overseas Network, August 11th. According to US media reports such as the Congress, the North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) said on August 10 that Russian reconnaissance aircraft entered the Alaska air defense identification zone twice in the past two days.

The North American Air Defense Command issued a statement through social media that Russian aircraft entering the Alaska Air Defense identification zone have been flying in the international airspace and have not entered the United States or Canada.The commander said that "the activities of Russian aircraft in the area were discovered and followed and confirmed."
