Global Times: Under the current international situation, what do you think is the significance of China's global development initiative?

Kun: China's global development initiative is committed to cooperation in the fields of poverty alleviation, resistance and vaccine, development funding, climate change and green development, industrialization, digital economy, interconnection and other fields, to accelerate the implementation of the UN 2030 Sustainable Development A agenda Essence These are the areas that China is good at, and China's successful experience can be applied. In my opinion, the global development initiative is the "partner" of the "Belt and Road" initiative, which helps the countries along the route to build a key infrastructure to consolidate the foundation for the global development initiative. In addition to climate change, economic inequality is the most serious and difficult problem in the world, leading to political instability and human suffering. Kun: Although every developing country has its own (different) situation and culture, China's extensive experience in poverty alleviation will definitely (help other countries). When China completed the target task of poverty alleviation in 2020, it also achieved the goal of poverty reduction of the United Nations in 2030 in 10 years in advance. China's poverty alleviation practice is called "development miracle" and "historic achievements", and there are sufficient reasons.

What can the international community, especially developing countries? Many things (can be learned), but it should be noted that each country is different, and each culture has its own characteristics. The experience of one country cannot be fully applied to another country without adjustment.

China has carried out targeted poverty alleviation, adopted measures that meet the specific conditions and needs of (different places), have clear organizations to implement these measures, and monitor and inspect the implementation.

In my opinion, the most important thing is that a country must be able to successfully get rid of poverty. The most important thing is that the national leadership must make a firm commitment. From the perspective of (poverty alleviation) standards, measures, mechanisms and procedures, China is at the forefront in the development of small and micro enterprises, education, and social security. These measures are also applicable to other countries. In addition, China's organizational system to implement poverty alleviation through provinces, cities, counties, townships, and villages can also be used as reference for other countries.
