The "2030 Emerging Country" strategy fully considers the connection with several international development agenda, such as the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development A agenda, the African Union's "2063 agenda", and "China -Africa Cooperation 2035 Vision". The "China -Africa Cooperation 2035 Vision" adopted by the China -Africa Cooperation Forum in 2021 is of great significance to Africa.
