Hungary has extended fuel and food limit measures again

In order to reduce the burden of inflation to the people, the Hungarian government began to implement the price limit on vehicle fuel in November last year. In January this year, the price of six basic foods was stipulated.On April 27, Olban announced that it would extend the price limit of fuel and some basic foods to the expected May to be on July 1.

According to statistics released by the Hungarian government on the 8th of this month, the country's inflation rate in May was 10.7%, a new high in 23 years, far higher than the 3%target set by the Hungarian national banks.The National Bank of Hungary predicts that the average inflation rate of Hungary this year will be between 7.5%and 9.8%.
