Russia: 90%-95%

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is a place for Russian dignitaries to speak intensively on economic issues. According to a report by Russia on the 16th, Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told the media during the Saint -Petersburg International Economic Forum on the 16th that most European companies had paid Russian natural gas costs with rubles.

He said: "From the perspective of the total amount, most of the rubles have been transferred. This accounts for 90%-95%of the supply."

Russian Treasury Secretary Anton Silu Annov said in an interview with the Russian media during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on the 16th that Russia is now being used to fill in expenditure by relying on large energy exports such as oil and natural gas and internal markets. As a temporary move, this is completely acceptable.

Russian Foreign Trade President Andre Cosjing said in an interview during the forum that Russians should use rubles without taking into account the US dollar. He said: "In fact, the price of the dollar is not important for us. We live in Russia. The ruble is the currency we need and we must live. The US dollar is only used for external and other settlement."
