Prosecutor Ralet Charma said in an interview that the judge believed that according to the Indian Criminal Code, the man involved in the crime of abduction and rape was imposed and fined him in 30,000 rupees.

Charma also said that the man's 56 -year -old father had fined his son and "provided help" for him to impose a fine of 20,000 rupees.
