Ecological Transformation Minister Agnis Panniel Lunna said that the above measures have been implemented in some areas and will be promoted in France.She also said that it was "absurd" when the air conditioner was turned on.Stores that violate air conditioners will be fined up to 750 euros (about RMB 5171).

Agnis added that she will issue two decree on energy waste in the next few days.

She said: "First of all, we will expand the ban in the lighting advertisement. Regardless of the size of the city, the neon lights must be turned off from 1 am to 6 am every day. Secondly, the store is prohibited from opening the door when the air conditioning work."
