A few days ago, the Changde Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Health and Health Commission jointly issued documents in accordance with the documents of the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Health and Health Commission "Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening Medical and Education Cooperation to Promote Student Psychological Health Education". The guidance committee was established (referred to as the "Municipal Heart Finger Committee").

The director of the Municipal Heart Committee is the "leader" of the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Health and Health Commission, and there is a guidance group for mental health education management guidance, psychological health education popularization guidance group, and psychological health crisis intervention guidance group. The Municipal Office of the Municipal Education Bureau has a municipal education bureau's basic teaching department, responsible for drafting relevant policy documents, implementing various decisions of the leading group, coordinating advantageous resources, and comprehensively promoting the psychological health education of primary and secondary schools in our city.

It is reported that the psychological health education management guidance group will recently organize pilot work such as the transfer of psychological health education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the city, and establish a psychological health education resource library in the city and the city's primary and secondary school mental health education management platform. At the same time, the schools in various places are guided to implement the work requirements of "double reduction" and "five management", strictly implement the national curriculum plan, standardize the schedule, and ensure that students have full exercise and rest time.
