Strangely, when eating the second smart beans, testers eat other colors of beans more than red -their senses and specific satiety are "foolish" by the artificial pigment pigment.
Our brain may assume that if something has different colors, it will also have different nutritional value. Therefore, when we see more colorful beans, rainbow sugar, donuts and plates filled with ice cream, we will perform more hungry than the actual situation. Because when our brain sees all this, we will say, "It is best to keep hunger so that we can obtain nutrition from each color."
To make matters worse, modern industrial garbage foods have a variety of texture, tastes and colors after special design. They can stimulate our taste buds as much as possible and let us eat more.
How can I overcome it and let myself eat less?
Since you can eat to a large extent, it depends on your brain to get bored with the food in front of you, then is there any way to ensure that your brain is bored faster, so you won't eat so much? Of course there are.
First, avoid buffet. There are too many types of buffets. Even if your goal is not to let the restaurant owner go bankrupt, you will eat more than usual;
Second, do not use sauce and other condiments. Or at least insist on using the same seasoning or sauce. If you have a plate of fried fries with tomato sauce, and then carry a plate of fries dipped in egg yolk sauce, you will definitely eat more;
Third, eat small mouth. Put away your big spoon and eat with teaspos or chopsticks. Finally, remember to eat slowly, don't gobble. This will extend the time exposure of your food, and you will not eat too much because you are tired.
In addition, by eating slowly, you can also let other mechanisms play a role to prevent further your stomach, such as an additional intestinal supporting sensor and a large number of chemical signals from the intestine.
