Bevarzab is a humanized monoclonal antibody IGG1 prepared by reorganizing DNA technology. By combining with human blood vessel endothelial growth factor (VEGF), it suppress VEGF and its receptor. Block the signal conduction pathway for blood vessels and inhibit the growth of tumor cells.

As one of the important drugs for anti -tumor blood vessels, Bevarzab is used for treatment of a variety of malignant tumors. ▎ Dose adjustment:

1. It is not recommended to reduce the dosage of the bevarzumab, which can be suspended or permanently stopped according to the actual clinical situation.

2. Gastrointestinal complications: If gastrointestinal perforation (including gastrointestinal fistula formation, abdominal abscesses), visceral fistula, tracheal esophageal fistula, level 4 non -gastrointestinal fistula

7. Other complications: Reverse rear encephalopathy syndrome (PRES), nephropathy syndrome, necrotic fasciitis, congestive heart failure should be permanently discontinued

8. Survival and infusion reactions: If a mild infusion reaction occurs, the dripping speed should be slowed; if the clinical significant infusion reaction occurs, the medicine should be suspended. After the symptoms are relieved, it should be re -administered at a slow drip speed. If a severe infusion response occurs, the drug should be discontinued and appropriate treatment is given [such as adrenaline, corticosteroids, intravenous antibrotamine, bronchial dilatation drugs and (or) oxygen supply].
