The main manifestation is: First, the problem of unattended succession is prominent. According to the research, the age structure of the village doctor team is prominent. Many rural doctors are over 50 years old, and most of them have changed from the past "barefoot doctors". They were products under specific historical conditions at that time. The younger generation of the younger generation is concerned that the rural treatment is low and the working environment is poor. I would rather choose to "wander" in the city and do not want to practice medicine in rural areas. As a result, village doctors in many places face the embarrassing situation of unattended succession. The second is that the shortcomings are insufficient. In some areas, the diagnosis and treatment equipment in the villages in some areas is low. Doctors still use the "old three" -the can see and diagnose patients for patients, blood pressure meters, and thermometers. Basic drug incompletes and medicines are restricted. Village doctors in some areas cannot enjoy basic guarantees such as pension insurance, work injury insurance, and unemployment insurance like the staff of the township health centers, and become the "heart disease" of rural doctors. Third, lack of ability cannot be ignored. Now the medical and health knowledge is updated quickly, and rural doctors generally lack systematic business learning and knowledge renewal.
