This involves the anatomy position of the gynecological department and the neighborhood relationship of other organs: gynecological ultrasound tests are generally examined by uterus, fallopian tube and ovarian tissue, which is what we call uterine accessories. The uterine accessories are located in the middle of the pelvic cavity, occupied by the bladder in the front, and the rectum and sigmal colon. So, how to fill the bladder filling? The easiest way is to drink water, so how much water is suitable for drinking? According to the clinical research survey data, it is generally appropriate to drink 800-1000ml of drinking water 1-1.5 hours before the inspection, which is about two bottles of mineral water (500ml) we often drink. The amount of four bottles, and the appropriate amount of walking during drinking water can speed up the metabolism in the body and fill the bladder faster.

It should be noted that urination should be moderate and should not be excessive, because excessive filling bladder will also affect the examination of uterine accessories, and long -term urination can also affect the normal function of the bladder. So remember not to drink too much water, just put it in an appropriate amount. It is necessary to emphasize that sometimes in order to identify the diagnosis, repeated urination and repeated examination, and even the urinary urination is used through ureteral introduction.
