On September 9, the Beijing Market Supervision Bureau announced an administrative penalty announcement: Beijing Beiji Medical Inspection Lab Co., Ltd. was fined 185,000 yuan by the Shijingshan Shan District Market Supervision Bureau for failing to perform the government guidance price of nucleic acid testing group coupons.

According to investigations, starting on February 18, the nucleic acid institution sold nucleic acid testing group purchases on Meituan, 40 yuan each, a test of nucleic acid once, and a 5 yuan coupon was given at the same time. But each order can only use one coupon.

The event sells two orders, one of which sells two group purchase coupons, which is calculated, and the cost of the single test is 37.5 yuan, and the other sells a group purchase coupon.

The Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau has stipulated that starting from December 11, 2021, the price of new crown nucleic acid testing is not higher than 35 yuan each time, and it will be reduced to 24.9 yuan each time on April 9 this year.

The Beijing Municipal Supervision Department believes that the two orders sold by the agency exceed the government guidance price. Among them, the latter order belongs to the behavior of "using false prices to trick consumers' transactions", with a total of 10 yuan in illegal income. The municipal regulatory department fined 185,000 yuan in a fine of Beijing Beiji Medical Inspection Laboratory.
