3. Get a doctorate degree in biomedicine and life sciences in the world -renowned universities (limited to the top 150 first -class universities in the world).

4. It should be worked for one year in the application unit and the personal income tax of social security and wage salary in this area. When applying for subsidies, the taxable income of personal income in the first year of the application unit is not less than 600,000 yuan.

5. Signed a labor contract with the application unit for more than 3 consecutive years, and obtained written consent of the application unit.

In addition, the number of people declared by each unit has also been restricted. The "Notice" clearly states that the application unit should be a major biomedical scientific and technological innovation platform, key biomedical enterprises or institutions; the same enterprise declares no more than 3 people each year, and the same scientific research institute does not apply for more than 10 people each year.

At the same time, the "Notice" also clearly clearly enjoys the subsidy of the house purchase subsidy, and the post -doctoral home fee cannot enjoy the first house purchase subsidy of the outstanding young talents of the biomedical industry; if it is identified as an outstanding, excellent, elite talent and other high -level talents, this item shall not apply for this item.
