How can the dose be determined by the intestinal administration?

Cefididine requires intestinal administration (intravenous injection or muscle injection), and the dose depends on the severity, sensitivity, type of infection, and the age, weight and kidney function of the patient.

The adult dose range of cephaline is 1g to 6g per day, and it is administered every 8 or 12 hours. For most infections, 1g of 1g or 2g every 12 hours per year, for urinary tract infection and many lighter infections, usually 500mg or 1g every 12 hours.

For very serious infections, especially patients with immunosuppressive suppression, including patients with neutral granulocytes, 2g doses of 2 or 12 hours or doses of 3g every 12 hours should be given.

It should be noted that cephalosporin is not metabolized in the body, but is discharged into the urine with the original drug through the glomerular filtering. Therefore, patients with renal damage should be reduced, except for patients with mild damage (that is, glomerular filtration rates greater than 50 ml/min).

For patients suspected to be renal insufficiency, the first load dose of 1g can be given, and then the appropriate maintenance dose can be determined according to the glomerular filtration rate. Patients who are receiving continuous dynamic veins or high -throughput of hemodialysis in the monitoring room. The recommended dose is 1g per day and gives administration in subsequent administration.

Be wary of allergic reactions

Like other β-lactam antibiotics, before the application of cephalosporin, you should carefully inquire about the history of allergic reactions to cephalosporin, cephalosporin, penicillin, or other drugs. Patients with allergic reactions to penicillin or β-lactam antibiotics should pay special attention.

Only in patients with special cautious measures can be used in patients with type I or allergic reactions to penicillin. Ceomine should be used. If an allergic reaction to cephalosporin, the medication should be stopped. Severe allergic reactions may require adrenaline, hydrogenated loose, anti -group amine or other emergency measures.
