On September 17, 2022, the "New Progress of Multinational Disciplinary Disposal Discipline" jointly sponsored by the Cancer Department of Xijing Hospital and the Shaanxi Provincial Anti-Cancer Association of the Air Force University and Shaanxi Provincial Anti-Cancer Association Hold smoothly. This meeting specially invited Professor Song Zhangjun, the chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Anti -Cancer Association and the Dean of the People's Hospital of Shaanxi Province. In his speech, Chairman Song said that metastasis of cancer is the pain point, difficulties and priorities of clinical diagnosis and treatment. At present, the level of diagnosis and treatment of different medical institutions is uneven, and the standardization, rationalization, and processization of diagnosis and treatment need to be improved.

PET/CT diagnosis metastatic cancer and cancer and cancer

The advantages of unknown metastasis

Professor Keikang Fei of the Nuclear Medical Medical University of the Air Force Military Medical University brought the theme report of "PET/CT diagnosis of metastasis and primary unknown metastatic cancer". Professor Kang pointed out that the detection of tumor's systemic distribution of tumors can significantly improve the accuracy of the diagnosis on the use of nuclear traceing technology for metastatic and primary metastatic cancer. FDG PET/CT has certain advantages in finding primary stoves and improving installment accuracy, but the detection rate still needs to be further improved. The clinical use of multiple new probes PET/CT (68GA-PSMA, 68GA-FAPI, etc.) meets the needs of diversified clinical diagnosis of tumors.

Surgical treatment is metastasized in colorectal metastasis

Status and value

Professor Yang Jianjun, a digestive surgery of Xijing Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University, brought the theme of "surgical treatment in the status and value of colorectal metastasis cancer", focusing on the application of surgery in the liver metastasis of colorectal cancer, lung metastasis, and peritoneal metastasis. Professor Yang pointed out that the surgical treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer should be positive, and surgical resection and metastasis should be an important and effective method for cure. The concept of the resection of liver and lung metastases has transitioned from technical resection to the era of functional resection. Tumor cell reduction+abdominal heat irrigation chemotherapy combined with systemic chemotherapy is also a treatment solution for some peritoneal metastases, but it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate safety and quality of life.

Magnetic resonance shadow diagnosis and metastasis value

Professor Ren Jing, Department of Radiology, Xijing Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University, brought the theme report of "Magnetic Resonance Imaging Diagnosis and Transfer Cancer", emphasizing that the qualified image examination application form needs to provide patient's brief medical history, meaningful body/laboratory examination As a result, preliminary diagnosis is given, and the inspection site is clear. Only when the patient's symptoms, signs, and imaging examination results form a closed -loop evidence chain can it better provide a basis for clinical decision -making. For different metastasis parts such as brain, lungs, bones, check methods need to be reasonably selected. When the patient's whole body is needed, PET/CT, PET/MRI is more suitable.

The application and value of radiotherapy in metastasis cancer

Professor Wei Lichun, the Department of Radiotherapy Department of Xijing Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University, brought the theme of "radiotherapy in the application and value of radiotherapy in metastatic cancer." Professor Wei pointed out that with the development of radiotherapy technology, radiotherapy has gradually moved towards accurate, that is, high doses and low toxicity, which also makes patients with advanced cancer have more treatment options. Comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of metastasis, quantity, and pathological types of primary lesions, formulating a reasonable radiotherapy plan is conducive to improving the local control rate of the lesion. In addition, radiotherapy can increase the long -distance effect of immunotherapy, and the coordination effect of the two is also the current research hotspot.

Breast cancer bone metastatic internal medicine progress progress

Professor Wang Xiaowen, Department of Oncology at the Department of Oncology of the Air Force Military Medical University, brought the theme report of "Bone Transfer of Breast Transfer in Breast cancer". Professor Wang pointed out that common complications caused by advanced breast cancer bone metastasis, such as bone pain, hypercalcemia, pathological fractures, spinal cord compression, etc., which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. In the diagnosis of bone metastasis of breast cancer, different imaging examination methods have different value. In terms of treatment, in addition to the application of anti -tumor drugs, bone modification drugs are also essential therapeutic drugs. With the development of innovative drugs in recent years, the new bone -modified drug Diusaba has become one of the important treatment options for bone metastasis.

Progress of the treatment of intestinal cancer liver metastasis

Professor Professor of the Ministry of Gastrointestinal Medicine of the Air Force Military Medical University brought the theme report of "the progress of intestinal cancer liver metastasis internal medicine". Professor Lu pointed out that liver metastasis is an important adverse factors affecting the long -term prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer. Surgical removal of liver metastases is the only treatment option that may achieve an approximate cure effect. The prognosis of patients after transformation is almost the same as the initial resection. Selecting classic dual -drug chemotherapy, triple drugs combined with chemotherapy, and targeted drug treatment plans can improve the success rate of conversion treatment. The application of immune examination points inhibitors, hepatic arteries, chemotherapy, arterial chemotherapy, and selective internal radiation therapy in conversion therapy also accumulate preliminary research evidence, which is expected to contribute unique forces in the field of conversion therapy. Progress of the treatment of lung cancer brain metastasis

Professor Chen Yan, Department of Cancer Department of Xijing Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University brought the theme report of "Progress of the treatment of lung cancer brain metastasis". Professor Chen pointed out that patients with NSCLC brain metastases have a poor prognosis, and traditional chemotherapy drugs are difficult to achieve the effect. Three-generation EGFR-TKI first-line therapy for patients with brain metastases is better, and the advantages of intracranial anti-tumor of the new generation ALK-TKI are also more obvious. With the development of gene sequencing technology, targeted drugs will play a greater role. In addition, immunotherapy also provides hope for patients with lung cancer brain metastasis. In the future, chemotherapy, targeted, immune, anti -vascular production, radiotherapy and other methods are required to clarify the efficacy, application timing and safety, in order to obtain the best treatment ending.

Progress of unknown metastasis of cancer diagnosis and treatment

Professor Zhang Hongmei at the Department of Oncology at the University of Air Force Medical University brought the theme report of "Progress and Cup) diagnosis and treatment. Professor Zhang pointed out that Cup's diagnosis and treatment must follow the principles of clues, traceability, layered management, and precise treatment, and carry out target -oriented diagnosis and treatment to avoid excessive examination. On the basis of fully assessing the onset site and pathological classification, according to the characteristics of the lesion, the treatment goals are clear, and the individualized and precise comprehensive treatment and full management of "people -oriented, disease -based" are carried out. In terms of drug treatment, in addition to chemotherapy, targeted and immunotherapy also brings new ideas to CUP therapy. In the future, more effective biological prediction markers need to be reasonably layered in CUP patients, provide better treatment options, and achieve CUP precision treatment.
