In accordance with the requirements of the provincial and Xuchang epidemic prevention and control headquarters, combined with the current situation of the epidemic prevention and control, in order to further build the epidemic prevention and control line, after research by the city's epidemic prevention and control headquarters, it was decided to organize a regional nucleic acid test in our city. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Sampling time

6: 00-12: 00 on September 18, 2022.

Second, sampling range and object

All residents in the city, including local resident population, temporary resident population, temporary migrant population, foreign population, etc.

3. Sampling location

The sampling point is divided into fixed sampling points and flow sampling points. Residents arranged according to the organization of townships (streets) and village (community) staff to participate in the sampling at the specified sampling point on time. Special circumstances to the nearest sampling point to participate in the sampling.

Fourth, special notification

(1) 5: 00-14: 00 on September 18th, control measures for the whole region, in addition to the staff and vehicles of the protection of nucleic acid testing, emergency rescue, epidemic prevention and control management, and production companies that ensure basic operations of the society, all Commercial supermarkets, stores, farmers' markets and other business places have been suspended, all public transportation is suspended, all vehicles have suspended flow, and all personnel are not enough to go out of the village (community).

(2) On September 18, the teachers and students of the boarding school were responsible for the sampling of the school's health department; the non -boarding students who had lessons suspended the class for one day and participated in the nucleic acid sampling in the nearest guidance.

(3) Persons who have been vaccinated in the new crown pneumonia during 48 hours do not sample nucleic acids, but they must explain the situation to the villagers (communities) and community staff in advance, provide proof and register.

(4) Patients with new crown pulmonary healing have performed nucleic acid testing in accordance with the frequency of health management regulations within half a year, and do not participate in the test of all nucleic acid tests.

(5) Residents who correspond to participation and do not participate in this nucleic acid test will give the yellow code for health code. At the same time, they will be held accountable in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

(6) The city's nuclear acid samples were suspended on the 18th, and it returned to normal on the 19th.

5. Relevant requirements

(1) According to the village (community) organization arrangements, prepare a pre -registered information for nucleic acid testing in advance, carry valid documents such as ID cards and foreign identity certificates, and order the sampling point in an orderly period to ensure that one household does not leak. Those who do not have an ID card must be prepared by the "family member registration" menu in the nucleic acid test pre -boarding pre -checking of the specific relationship of the identity card (children, parents, teachers, guardians, etc.).

(2) Strictly implement the requirements of the scanning site of public places before sampling, and normal sampling after scanning. Do a good job of personal protection during the sampling period, wear masks correctly throughout the process, and keep a distance of more than two meters to avoid gathering and mutual conversations, and strictly prevent cross -infection during sampling.

(3) Due to major diseases, severe disability and other reasons, they cannot go to a special group of centralized sampling points. They will report to the village (community) in advance, and arrange flow sampling personnel to come to the door.

(4) After the sampling is completed, it must be returned to the residence in a timely and orderly in order, so as not to gather, and do a good job of personal hygiene after returning.

(5) People who have emergency medical needs in the sampling area can call 120 emergency calls at any time.

The masses must support the testing of nucleic acid testing, and they must sample before closing the nucleic acid sample points to make every inspection. If there is no reason to refuse to cooperate, hinders the prevention and control of the epidemic, or cause other serious consequences, in accordance with the relevant provisions such as the "Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", corresponding legal liabilities will be assumed.
