Today I am on duty to get off work and treat a 80 -year -old patient. Basic disease is years of esophageal cancer. It has been malnutrition, electrolytic disorders, and cardiopulmonary insufficiency. After admission, the patient's condition turned sharply, with respiratory failure, cardiac shock, and multi -organ failure. The tracheal intubation, central venous tube, blood flow dynamic monitoring, and blood purification treatment beside the bed were performed. During the succession, the pure oxygen maintenance of the ventilator was maintained, the large -dose increased pressure drug maintained blood pressure, the heart rate was 150 times/serving, and the blood pressure was 80/45mmHg. After the Hunan intensive team carefully evaluated, we immediately organized the staff on the V-A ECMO diagnosis and treatment. With the success of ECMO, the patient's life signs gradually stabilized.

We got the news that the Hunan intensive medical team had to wait until all patients with new coronary patients in Sanya could leave, which was the last batch of medical teams to evacuate. We will always stick to the last moment and let all patients discharge safely. The physical state and mental state of the four members of our hospital have also been adjusted very well. Everyone has been encouraging each other, working hard, work hard, and do a good job of prevention and control of the hospital.
