1. Scope of application

This guidelines are applicable to all exhibitions and delegations of the 29th China Yang Lingnong High Congress, including volunteers, media reporters, delegations inside and outside the province, exhibitors, and exhibition withdrawals.

Basic requirements

(1) The person in charge of each delegation is the first responsible person in the team's epidemic prevention and control, and specifies that a special person is responsible for the health monitoring of the personnel of the delegation, the detection of nucleic acid testing, the history of residence, and emergency treatment.

(2) Each delegation must determine a liaison of an epidemic prevention and control, responsible for the collection and submission of the outbreak information of the delegation, coordinate contact, and docking with the epidemic prevention and control department.

(3) A nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before registration.

(4) Persons before the registration must complete the whole process of vaccination.

(5) End 7 days before the registration, and conduct health monitoring every day.

(6) Pay attention to personal hygiene, wear masks, wash hands, work hard, and keep a safe social distance of more than 1 meter.

3. Nucleic acid detection

All participants must perform a nucleic acid test 48 hours before the registration.

5. Register health code

Please register the "Shaanxi One Code" applet in advance.

6. Healthy commitment

Participants are requested to make written commitments on their health conditions and history of residence within nearly 7 days, sign the health commitment, and collect the uniformly collected by the delegation's epidemic prevention and control liaison.

2. Do personal protection

When taking a long -distance transportation, we wear masks and disposable gloves throughout the journey. At the same time, you can prepare personal protective supplies. Keep a safe distance with others during the journey to avoid being touched by high -frequency touching objects and parts in public places, and avoid eating in public places.

3. Personnel management

5. After entering the venue
