In accordance with the new rules of this collection, if the decline in corporate quotation is more than 60%of the maximum price, it may be selected directly.

Group A or will win all the members

The bidding rules of the spine consumables have been played clearly by Liancai Office.

The relevant documents announced before have been revealed that companies participating in the spinal consumables will be divided into three bidding units: B, B, and C in accordance with the supply capacity and willingness, and the reporting requirements of medical institutions. The highest standards for entering Group A are the highest: the product requirements for related companies are large, comprehensive and national supply; as a "return", these companies will get 85%of the nation's procurement.

Liancai Office further explained the specific bidding rules. The Jianzhi Bureau found that the Liancai Office set up two restricted clauses:

First of all, the quotation of the enterprise must be maintained within 1.3 times the lowest price of the same group; if it exceeds 1.3 times, as long as the price reduction exceeds the Liancai Office set up 50%of the maximum price, it is also considered.

The scale of 1.3 times is much stricter than the 1.8 times mentioned in the previous episodes, which means that the price difference between the selected varieties will not be too much. And Liancai's office clearly states that even if the rules meet the rules, the highest offer must kick out.

In addition, Liancai Office also sets up a very complex computing rule, which is to calculate the overall ratio ranking according to the "highest quotation/minimum quotation of the same product system category/minimum quotation" for various product systems. This rule further compressed the price difference of the selected varieties. Basically, the selection varieties are almost close to the minimum quotation.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that for the "favored" A unit enterprises that have been "favored" by medical institutions, Liancai also issued a "resurrection voucher". The procurement rule states that if the A unit A company is selected in the price killing, such as the top three of the "ratio ranking", but as long as the quotation is lower than the highest medium price of the same type of group B, it can also be selected.

If this is not possible, as long as the quotation of this variety is more than 60%of the highest effective quotation set by Lianzai Office, it can also be selected.

Taking the highest effective offer of 11,360 yuan for the fixed fusion system of the ahead of the cervical spine, if the quotation does not meet any of the above rules, it can also be selected as long as it is within 5680 yuan.

This means that the spine collection price is almost clear: the highest price is 40%. As long as it is not higher than this base price, companies can rest assured to enter the collection.

The national collection of artificial joints has decreased by 82%, and the provincial -level collection of trauma consumables in some regions has decreased by 88%. In contrast, spine collection only requires a price reduction to ensure that the selection can be ensured, and the conditions are much easier.

The demand for domestic varieties is higher

Purchasing documents show that the total demand for a total of 14 product systems in the country's 6,426 medical institutions is 1.2084 million units, involving 169 companies including Weigao Orthopedic, Dabo Medical, Midunli, Johnson & Johnson. Among them, the demand for the formation system of the vertebral body is the highest, reaching 231,300.

The market size is only 30 million yuan.

The domestic spine consumable market has been dominated by foreign brands. Earlier, a research report data from Soochow Securities showed that the proportion of Midunli, Johnson & Johnson and Sessek in the domestic market was close to 60%. The more prominent domestic enterprises are Weigao Orthopedic and Sanyou Medical, but the total share of the two is only about 10%.

This spinal consumables will become the best opportunity for domestic head companies to "turn".

However, for some companies, spinal consumables are more like a "battle of life and death." The annual report shows that the revenue of Sanyou Medical Spinal Planted Consumption in 2021 was approximately 516 million yuan, accounting for nearly 90 % of the total revenue.

The Jianzhi Bureau noticed that among the procurement needs announced by the Liancai Office, Sanyou Medical has entered the auction of Unit A in 11 product systems including the fixed fusion system in front of the cervical spine. The total demand is up to 55,000. Once the quotation is mistaken, the consequences can be imagined.
