[Plastics Scholarship opens column] Care for life with heart, extend the service with love, the column of the Plastics Academy will regularly push the knowledge of the heart and the science of health care related to the heart and the critical care of the heart.

"Healthy China Action (2019-2030)" shows that there are 270 million hypertensive patients in my country, among residents aged 18 and over, the prevalence of hypertension is 25.2%, showing an upward trend. Hypertension is a common risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, and stroke. Good blood pressure control can help reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Studies have shown that people in my country have the characteristics of three highs (high prevalence, high disability rate, high mortality rate) and three lows (low awareness rate, low medication rate, and low control rate).

In order to control blood pressure as soon as possible to the target level and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents in patients, patients need to take antihypertensive drugs for treatment. However, when taking medicine, it is necessary to pay attention to multiple issues. When is the most appropriate to take antihypertensive drugs? What if I miss the clothes? Professor Zhang Minzhou will share the points of attention in the treatment of hypertension. I hope to help everyone better prevent hypertension, help everyone control blood pressure, and care for the heart.

01 The best time to take antihypertensive drugs

On August 16, 2022, many internationally renowned institutions such as the International Hypertension Society (ISH) joined the World Hypertension Alliance and the European Hypertension Society to emphasize that high blood pressure patients are advised to take antihypertensive drugs in the morning. This is because the highest peak of human blood pressure appears at 6 o'clock in the morning to nine o'clock in the morning, which is called the morning peak blood pressure. Chenfeng's blood pressure is an important cause of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular incidents. At this time, it is also a high -risk period of sudden death, myocardial infarction and stroke. Patients with hypertension are recommended to take antihypertensive drugs during this period of time to better control blood pressure.

In addition, many people are worried that after taking antihypertensive drugs in the morning, the decrease in drug effects at night will cause blood pressure to increase. In fact, most of the current antihypertensive drugs are long -lasting slow -release preparations. It can maintain the effective concentration of drugs stabilized in the blood for a long time, thereby Make blood pressure stabilize within 24 hours.

02 What should I do?

It is necessary to judge specifically according to the taking antihypertensive drugs and dosage forms. For example, short -acting antihypertensive drugs need to be taken in time.

1. Short-acting antihypertensive drug: Short-effect antihypertensive drug (such as Katoprine tablet) has a shorter time to reduce the pressure, and the antihypertensive effect is maintained for 6-8 hours. Usually it takes two or three times a day. If you miss it once, it is recommended that patients need to be taken immediately, and at the same time, blood pressure is needed. If blood pressure rises or symptoms such as dizziness, chest pain, etc., the hospital needs to be treated.

2. Long -acting antihypertensive drug: The antihypertensive effect of long -term antihypertensive drugs (such as nonopenzenphenylplane) remains a long time, and can be taken once a day. If you take long -term antihypertensive drugs, the phenomenon of leakage should be measured first. If the blood pressure is normal or slightly high (about 10mmHg higher than before), you can do not need to be taken. You need to make up immediately.

03 After the blood pressure is normal, can I stop the pressure?

It is not recommended to stop the drug by themselves. If the blood pressure control is ideal, it is best to gradually reduce the dosage of antihypertensive drugs to observe the dose of antihypertensive drugs in accordance with the doctor's advice after consulting the doctor. Normal blood pressure is the result of drug control. The focus of blood pressure lies in control. Discontinuation of the drug may cause blood pressure to rise again. Most patients with hypertension need to take medicine for life. Sports, low -salt and other healthy and scientific lifestyles can help prevent or manage hypertension, but they cannot cure high blood pressure. For high -blood pressure people with high risk risks, anti -suppression drugs should be treated immediately.

Professor Zhang Minzhou reminds:

In addition to drugs, some traditional Chinese medicines with antihypertensive effects, such as: Gastrodia, Hooks, Scutellaria Blasts, Mulberry Leaf, Chrysanthemum, Pueraria, Rob Ma, Pearl Powder, Hawthorn, Eucommia, Poria, Poria, and Cubo. However, it should be used after the experienced Chinese medicine practitioners, especially some Chinese medicine with special precautions. It is not recommended that patients take themselves. At the same time, some foods that reduce blood pressure are recommended: raisins, red dates, oranges, black fungus, bananas, pumpkin, tomatoes, amaranth, celery, laver, kelp, etc., can be taken in moderation in the diet to help control blood pressure.
