Shenzhen first discovered BF.15 mutant strains, and the propagation power was stronger

On the afternoon of August 29, Shenzhen held an epidemic prevention and control press conference, and Lin Hansheng, a second -level inspector of the Municipal Health and Health Commission, introduced the latest situation of the epidemic.

At 0-24 on August 28, 11 new cases were added in Shenzhen. 8 cases were found out of the isolated secret personnel. In the screening of key personnel, 2 cases were found in community screening; 9 cases were diagnosed with new crown pneumonia diagnostic cases, and 2 diagnosis was asymptomatic infected with new coronal viruses.

At 0-12 on August 29, 9 new cases were added. Three cases were found in the isolated secret personnel, 2 cases were found in key personnel screening, and 4 cases were found in community screening. Six cases were diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia, and 3 diagnosis was asymptomatic infected with the new coronal virus.

The above -mentioned new cases have been transferred to the emergency treatment of emergency hospitals in the Third People's Hospital of the Municipal People's Hospital, and the situation is stable. Its stroke traceability, secret isolation and other tasks involved are in progress.

Shenzhen first discovered BF.15 mutant strains

The Shenzhen Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has performed the genome sequence comparison analysis of all cases since Shenzhen August 23. The results show that:

Most cases infected the strains of BF.15 variants (sub -branches of BA.5.2.1) were first discovered in Shenzhen. BF.15 mutant strain is hidden and communication power;

In addition, some cases of the infected strains are BA.5.2, BA.5.2.1 and BA.2.2.

The above -mentioned cases of infection strains are highly the same as the sequence of some strains reported by overseas reports. It does not rule out the possibility of local infection caused by overseas inputs.

At present, the positive cases in Shenzhen's epidemic in this round of epidemic are mainly infected with Omikon BA.5 evolving branches, which are more hidden and transmitted.
