Limit sedentary behavior and screen activities

Preschool children's long -lasting time and long viewing time have adversely affected health. It is recommended that preschool children should minimize sedentary behavior every day. The duration of each sedentary time does not exceed 1 hour, and the cumulative view screen time is not more than 1 hour per day, and the less, the better.

Perform regular physical testing

Preschool children's growth and development rate is fast, regular measurement of physical indicators such as height, weight, etc., can timely understand the dynamic changes of the growth and development level of preschool children, judge their nutritional status, and conduct dietary and exercise guidance in time according to the changes in children's physical indicators.

It is recommended to measure the height and weight of schools every six months.
