Four sleep increases the risk of cardiovascular disease

Compared with people who sleep at night 7 to 9 hours:

People with sleep time ≥10 hours have increased the risk of cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, stroke, and myocardial infarction of 10%, 10%, 11%, and 13%respectively.
