Yuan Huijuan team of Henan Provincial People's Hospital revealed the new mechanism of diabetes in the intestinal flora

(Reporter Feng Jincan) Recently, Yuan Huijuan, director of the Department of Endocrinology, Henan Provincial People's Hospital, published the latest research results in the top international journal "Microbiome" ("Microbiology Group", influence factor: 16.837) New mechanism for preventing diabetes.

With the increasing tendency of diabetes and younger tendencies, how to block the abnormal "genetic" of sugar metabolism caused by bad lifestyles, giving Ziya a key to prevent premature diabetes. For the first time, this study was visualized by establishing a gestational sugar metabolic abnormal model, and through the main coordinate analysis (PCOA), the intestinal flora structure of different sugar metabolism and their sub -aggregates was visually analyzed. There are significant differences between female rats, and there are significant differences between the corresponding children in the two groups of female rats.

This study reveals the new mechanism of intestinal flora regulating intergenerational genetic prevention of diabetes, and proves that vertical transmission of maternal infant intestinal flora is an important factor affecting the metabolic surface type of offspring. The onset of diabetes provides theoretical support and technical methods for early precision prevention and treatment of intestinal micro -ecological diabetes.

Yuan Huijuan is the author of the study, Xue Cunxi, Xue Qinyuan, and Zhang Chenhong, a researcher at Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Zhang Chenhong, a researcher at Henan Provincial People's Hospital.
