On August 5, 2022, the Xinle City Public Security Bureau filed a case in accordance with the law to investigate two criminal cases of suspected obstruction of infectious disease prevention and treatment.

Case 1:

Liu Moumou, male, 42 years old, was born in Tiancun, Cheng'an Town, Xinle City, and added asymptomatic infections on August 3.

Fan Moumou, female, 41 years old, from Tian Village, Cheng'an Town, Xinle City, and the wife of a symptom -free infection on August 3.

Liu Moumou, female, 38 years old, was born in Tiancun, Cheng'an Town, Xinle City. On August 3, the close contact with the asymptomatic infection was added.

Liu Moumou (male), Fan Moumou, Liu Moumou (female) deliberately concealed and reported the trip during the investigation of epidemiological diseases.

Article 330 of the actions of the above three of them violated Article 330 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China that they were suspected of obstructing the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and had been investigated by the public security organs and took criminal compulsory measures.

Case 2:

Zhang, female, 42 years old, from Yuzong Village, Handi Town, Xinle City, a close contact with the asymptomatic infection on August 3.

In the process of receiving an epidemiological investigation, Zhang deliberately concealed and reported the itinerary.

Zhang's behavior violated Article 330 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China that it stipulated that the crime of obstructing the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases had been investigated by the public security organs and took criminal coercive measures.

Police reminded that the majority of residents are invited to consciously cooperate with the prevention and control of epidemiological surveys, centralized medical observation, and home health monitoring. If the risk of refusing to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control and the risk of the epidemic dissemination, the public security organs will deal with it seriously in accordance with the law.
