First, the total amount of resources has steadily increased.In 2021, the total number of health personnel in my country reached 13.983 million, of which 4.287 million were practicing physicians and assistant physicians and 5.18 million registered nurses.

Second, the level of education has been improved.During the "Thirteenth Five -Year Plan" period, the proportion of undergraduate degrees or above of the Chinese University of China increased from 30.6%to 42.1%.

Third, the structure and distribution are constantly optimized.In 2021, among the national health personnel, 80.4%of the health technicians, the degree of professionalism continued to increase.
