Why is the vaccine beating on the arm instead of the buttocks?

In order to prevent diseases, we have successively vaccinated various vaccines from the beginning of their birth, such as Kaocochia, hepatitis B vaccine, spinal grayitis vaccine, thoroughly oxystone, streaming brain vaccine, hemp cheek vaccine, hand, and mouth vaccine, chickenpox vaccine, chicken poxia Vaccium, HPV vaccine, and new crown vaccines in recent years.
After some vaccines are vaccinated, some scars will not be left; some people have "vaccine marks" on their arms, but some people do not.
What is going on? Let's talk about the "vaccine seal".
How did "vaccine print" come from?
There are many types of vaccines:
1. Live vaccine: It is a vaccine made of live virus or bacteria. For example, the earliest ceiling vaccine, because these vaccines are equivalent to infection once, the response is large, and there is basically no such category now;
2. Toxic vaccine: As the name suggests, it is a living disease premier that weakens toxicity or a very similar low toxic pathogen. The cardon seedlings that prevent tuberculosis belong to the drug reduction vaccine;
3. Inactivated vaccine: It is to use a complete, killed (active) or modified pathogen to make it unable to reproduce and not cause diseases, such as the new crown vaccine used by our country.
4. Reorganized protein vaccine: not a complete virus, one or more important parts of the virus, such as HPV vaccine.
5. In addition, there are nucleic acid vaccines, polysaccharides, and so on.
The immunogenicity of the live virus/poison -reduced live virus is generally stronger than other types of vaccines. After inoculation, the human body's immune response is also strong, and the "vaccine seal" may be left on the injection site.
Such as Kaocoa, about 3 weeks after vaccination, inflammatory reactions will occur. The place where the vaccination will be red and swollen, soften in the middle to form a small pustule, and then the pustules will be ulcerated. Round scars are also called "card scars".
What kind of vaccine will be printed?
Although there are many types of vaccines, there are only two types of "vaccine marks" at present: ceiling vaccines (also known as acne vaccines) and kaley seedlings.
In May 1980, the World Health Organization announced that human beings had rooted in addition to smallpox virus. In March 1981, my country was canceled across the country.
Therefore, most of the post -80s, post -90s, and 00s have not been vaccinated with acne vaccines. There are usually only one "vaccine seal" left on the arms. People born 80 years ago may have two scars on their arms.
Not everyone who has been vaccinated the above two vaccines will definitely have a "vaccine seal". There are exceptions to scarring according to personal constitution. For example, some newborn immune responses are not so large, and scars may not be obvious. It may not be obvious. And the scar will be faded slowly as you grow, and it is basically invisible in the end.
Why is the vaccine beating on the arm?
Most of the vaccine methods are muscle injection, that is, hitting on the arm. In addition, there are orally, such as the "sugar pill" vaccine that prevents the spinal ash virus; there are also measles vaccines beating under the skin.
The arm becomes the most common part of vaccination, which is related to the following factors:
1. The fundamental purpose of the vaccine is to arouse the human body's own immune response and remember this pathogen. Fortunately, the next time you meet, quickly react to destroy it.
Human lymph nodes are the key part of the immune system. The vaccination is in the position near the lymph nodes, which is more conducive to activating the immune response. Many vaccines are hit at the bougainvillea of the arm because the lymph node distance between the deltoid muscles and the underarms is very close.
If the vaccine is hit on the thigh, it is not far from the groin lymph nodes.
2. Muscle injection allows the vaccine response to the local area. If it is hit on the adipose tissue, the reaction of redness and swelling may be more serious.
The size of the muscles also affects the choice of injection position. Children under the age of three are small in muscle tissue. Therefore, the muscle injection vaccine is usually on the thigh near the groin lymph nodes.
3. From a convenient perspective, beating on the arm is also the most convenient operation and the easiest to accept.
What should I pay attention to in vaccination?
If you have tuberculosis, nephritis, heart disease, immune defects, etc., vaccination should be suspended, and you should consult your doctor if you meet the conditions for vaccination and make up for the appropriate time.
Do not eat warm or hot foods or drinks within half an hour after oral ash vaccine.
Pay attention to rest the day before vaccination, try not to stay up late, do not drink alcohol, do not eat spicy, irritating food, and keep your body the best state.
