Chen Xiuzhi, 61, is a native of ASEAN Village, Louzhuang Township, Renze District, Xingtai City. He is the head of the Silk Strings Troupe of Nanzawa District and the representative inheritor of the provincial non -heritage project in Hebei Province. The few young performance talents of Silk String are a major problem facing inheritance. What made Chen Xiuzhi was pleased that his son Wang Lihua followed the troupe to go south and broke into the north, and now he is the chief of the band.

Wang Lihua, 39, has been dazzling since he was a child, and has a strong interest in the art of silk string. According to Wang Lihua, the troupe is setting up the script and script of the classic repertoire. The string drama is from the folk. Before he was taught by the mouth, there were no text materials, and some excellent repertoires and skills were lost.

Since 2017, Wang Lihua has accumulated according to his own knowledge and consulted his predecessors. He has organized several repertoires. At the same time, they are still continuing to collect representative information in order to improve these dramas.

"Silk string is an ancient drama, but we must not be self -proclaimed. We must inherit the tradition but not stick to the tradition." Wang Lihua said, "In the future, we will absorb the key training of the theater students to make this traditional art inheritance from generation to generation."
