After leaving her hometown, Qiu Weifang worked for three years. She was a salesperson in a large city's shopping malls, sold mobile phones, and sold clothes ... Later, she began to start their own businesses and was too busy every day.

In 2017, with the support of the "Dream Plan", Qiu Weifang attended a college and took a big step towards his dream. Three years later, the "Dream Plan" started her undergraduate studies again. After school, she successfully seized the opportunity to transfer to engineers, and became a skill -type BOM engineer from the original front -line workers.
