Twenty years ago, the student aid of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was generally higher than universities. The doctoral aids of the general cities are about 500-700 yuan/month. standard. However, for most college graduate students who can't get the scholarship, there will be a phenomenon of comparison and imbalance in their hearts. Today, the academic atmosphere is impetuous today. Many students will definitely hate the tutor even more, and they cannot concentrate on scientific research.

Some people may say that a certain school can issue so many scholarships, and other schools can also issue it. Why not send more money to students?

The answer is really impossible. Students 'scholarships generally come from vertical and horizontal projects. However, because horizontal projects are more inclined to industrialization and practical technologies, they are not particularly suitable for training graduate students. Therefore, most students' scholarships will come from vertical projects.

However, for vertical projects, the proportion of labor costs for general scientific research projects is about 20%. Even according to the current level of student aid, the issuance of labor costs is still the biggest pain of many teachers. Because only relying on vertical projects, the total labor costs that can be issued are limited.

Of course, the current fund committee project can be distributed on time and on time, and is not limited by proportion. However, I belong to the person who is doing well. To this end, I still quarreled with a close friend for many years. Even if there is no proportion restriction, nearly 80%of the funds have issued labor expenses. Is it really appropriate? Therefore, in a word, the current scientific research system is simply impossible to popularize such high labor expenses. If this standard is really a new atmosphere, I believe that the work of college professors will become even more rolled. Can high school aids improve the scientific research level of graduate students? Maybe at the beginning, the graduate students will be very happy, but as for the reason for improving the level of scientific research, I can only say that the benevolent sees the benevolent.

Even if it is 9.5 to 130,000/year aid, compared with the income of the graduate students of our college, it is nothing at all. The level of income of students in our college is not too high, but it is almost less than 250,000 annual salary. The previous annual salary of 50,000 to 600,000 dare not say, but it is not surprising. Therefore, the doctoral student is grateful to Dedd with 9.5 to 130,000/year aid, which does not exist. Classmates will still compare with their previous master's classmates, and they will feel that their income is too low and too low.

Personally, we don't think that enrollment propaganda should not take prizes as gimmicks to attract students, which is insufficient confidence in themselves. The more important thing is the scientific research itself. If you want to calculate it, I feel that the feelings are higher than that of the scholarship.
